This facility is very beautiful and clean. Feels like go to an upscale spa. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

The staff here are just incredible!They have bent over backwards for me several times and it's truly appreciated. They are take care of everything for insurance: making sure the prior authorization are always correct and up to date. They even checked my eligibility for the copay assistance straight off. I didn't even have to ask.The treatment areas are legit private rooms with huge comfy leather chairs, seats for family/friends, and a huge TV. They also have a free snacks and drinks area. They have electric blankets and one room even has a skylight!I can't imagine getting my infusions anywhere else. So very lucky that this place was the option I choose from my insurance options.

1000% recommend. there is no comparison to the hospital option! yes, they take insurance. you will be scheduled faster, they're never 'running late', everyone's friendly, you get a private room with a door, a TV, wi'fi, and an extra chair in case you want to bring a friend. and they have snacks. even the parking is easier. it's a no-brainer.

I’ve had dozens of infusions over many years and have never had an experience that wasn’t problematic and nerve wracking— from people who treated me poorly because they couldn’t find a vein to ham handed people who treated me like a piece of meat instead of a human being. The nurses and staff at Pure Infusions in Tacoma were kind, patient and compassionate. I had a truckload of questions prior to my appointment and they patiently answered them all. They took their time and they accessed my port with minimal discomfort. Pre- meds went smoothly and they observed all protocols for my infusion perfectly. No waiting in a crowded area for your appointment. A big plus for us immunocompromised folks. Private rooms, comfy electric powered recliner, comfortable chair for my husband to sit with me, yummy snacks, bottled water, hot coffee and other drinks, and a huge wall mounted TV if that’s your thing. I read and napped.The nurses checked on me regularly and I went home blissfully happy after an amazing experience. Best care I’ve ever received. They treated this old lady like a queen. Can’t say enough good things about them🥰

Omg! Let me tell you! This was by far the best experience I have ever had for any of my infusions. Everyone was super sweet and very accommodating. No one blamed me for not being able to get a vein and saying I was dehydrated. I had my own room with snacks and a television. It was amazing!!

I have been getting infusions for years now and Pure is the best place evah! This was my second time here and it's just amazing, truly a spa experience without the massage. Tricia was my Infusion Nurse, she is also amazing!! She explained parts of my treatment that my doc/prev nurses never did,at least not in a way I could understand.

Tricia and Hailey helped make my experience so positive. They are warm, welcoming, supportive, caring and kept me informed.I am in a private room with a comfortable recliner. PF provides snacks, drinks, heated blankets.So impressive.

Great place to get any infusion done. Chill spot, great staff & much more amenities than you’d get at a hospital or other clinics.
