I can't say enough about how great ALL the STAFF at Pure Infusion are 💗! From your assessment call with a nurse on the phone, to the front desk person who assists in schedules and billing matters, to the nurses giving the IVs! They make you feel so pampered, I didn't want to leave, SERIOUSLY. A warm heated blanket on your cozy recliner is waiting for you when you arrive, the screensaver is so relaxing I left it on my entire stay. But you can watch Netflix if you prefer, niiiiice right? You don't get that at the hospital infusion center. You are monitored closely and feel very safe with the nurses checking in on you throughout your stay. They are all very professional and have the "going above and beyond what's expected and the compassionate part of nursing care" dialed in to perfection! The snacks and drinks are plentiful with an impressive variety of yummie treats and they bring in an online menu from a local restaurant for ordering lunch. And it was incredibly delicious and a generous serving too! They are also very professional and explain your care in an easy to understand manner and print off info for you to take home without asking for it, it's so helpful. The front desk personnel is just as professional and great at discussing the billing and insurance info. A+++ and 10 out of 5 ⭐'s. I can't wait to return to be treated like a rock star again! Whoever is running this infusion suite needs to give raises to these kind hearted and proficient staff. A sincere thank you for being the best part of my treatment ladies 💕

I have been going here every six months for the past five years. I love the fact that the staff stays consistent, seeing the same faces who know you and what your needs are! The room is comfortable and private and they offer a great choice of snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend.

The staff is always so sweet

Pure Infusion Suites is such an amazing environment to have an infusion that requires many hours. The private rooms are so calm with soft lighting and large screens playing very calming background videos. All the people working there are great! What a difference from the typical hospital environment in a huge open room with rows of people and constant activity. On my recent visit I was cared for by Elsa who I had not met before. She is the kindest, most amazing, knowledgeable and caring person I have encountered in the 3 years I have been having infusions. I’m so grateful. Thanks Elsa! Please give Elsa a raise!

Pure Infusions is an incredibly helpful facility with the nicest employees ever! They always made my husband feel welcome and comfortable. Could not recommend this place more!

I have been getting my Evenity infusions at Pure Infusions for the past eight months. The staff goes above and beyond to make my visits pleasant. They even have cute bandaids.

The staff at PURE infusion are great! I arrived at the facility and realized that I had a flat tire. While receiving my treatment, the staff was nice enough to go outside and give my key to the AAA guy so the flat was fixed by the time I was done. Exceptional customer service! A special thanks to my nurse, Sierra, for always being helpful and patient when I’m there!
