Patient Stories

Excellent service per usual!I’ve been a customer here for over 2 years & I continue to receive exceptional service. Amber, Veronica, & Sierra are always ready to professionally meet the needs of patients. I was just telling Amber how hard good customer service is in healthcare & I feel that it is a sentiment she is fully aware of. Amber sets a good pace for the culture of health administration at Pure Suites. We love the snacks and the chocolate! I always come here hungry and it’s not always on purpose 🤭 The staff always strive to make sure the patients are comfortable AND happy — boy does it show. They really do go out of their way, but it feels natural— hard to fully explain, but I just feel real safe here, and that’s important to me.I always feel such a pressure that lifts from me when I come to Pure. It’s a hassle free experience and I know they care about doing their best and I can feel it every month just for one 3 hour appt. It’s important to me because my health has been my full time job, so when I find a team I can trust with managing an important part of my life, I get excited and relieved at the same time.Oh, & another exceptional quality I forgot to mention in the customer service- the ladies always think proactively. Like, they think of what I’d forget for weeks at a time and always so timely. Veronica helped me set one of my appts aligned with my long term goals & ahead of some unforeseen events. It was the same quality of experience I had with Tyler when I first came to Pure. & I overheard Amber employing the same quality service to another patient over the phone. Just proactive and present. You can tell they listen to patients & keep up with what’s going on with the whole person. Yes, that’s what it is— whole person care approach. They have nailed it!!The bar is set very high after Pure. I’m always telling the other offices to take note ☺️ You can catch me saying ‘be more like Pure Suites, they figured it out’ 😆Welcome back Veronica, it was so good to see you! Thank you for taking care of my needs ladies!! Till the next review 🙂 Google makes this review easy to update every month.
I will never go anywhere else besides PURE for my IVIG infusions. The nurses are kind, super friendly, and professional. They’re also exceptionally knowledgeable about my medication, its administration, and also my condition. The support/admin staff pays close attention to detail. They remember even the smallest details that keep me comfortable during my long infusions, and ensure that those are in place before I arrive. I feel very taken care of each time I come. And the environment is so welcoming. There are comfy private rooms with windows, reclining chairs, large TVs (nice ones!), and plenty of snacks. It’s really actually like going to the spa, almost. And also, importantly, the nurses and staff stay in close communication with my doctor to ensure that I receive the correct doses. When I first started, the staff bent over backwards to help me navigate the insurance complexities. You can’t find a kinder, friendlier, and more supportive place than PURE.
Pure Infusions is truly life changing. When I was diagnosed with MS, I received my infusions at a hospital as I didn’t know Infusions Centers existed. At the hospital, I would be in one large room with about 10 chairs. While the care was great, it was a very different experience hearing everyone’s machines go off all day and lots of different nurses caring for you. My infusions last about 6 hours, so I would see many people arrive and leave, and have no privacy. I was clearly in a hospital, and now the experience is night and day.At Pure Infusions you get your own private room with a huge tv, Netflix, an automatic leather recliner, electric blankets, a comfortable chair for my husband to sit in, and snacks. A fridge full of sodas, juices and flavored water, a freezer of ice cream, crackers, beef jerky, cookies, you name it! They also order you lunch if your infusion is over a certain amount of hours.Every detail of this center makes you feel so much more relaxed and cared for. From the waiting room to the restrooms, the facility is beautiful.Last but not least, the staff here is incredible. Every one is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I have been lucky enough to have Veronica as my nurse both times I’ve come here, and she is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, skilled, kind and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. She is detailed oriented which makes me feel at ease, and just so comforting.Pure Infusions has improved my quality of life, and I no longer dread my infusion days. Instead, I’m able to relax and treat myself a bit.
My experience at Pure Infusion in Co Springs was great! The individual rooms are spacious, have large TVs ( w Netflix and Amazon Prime) and two comfortable chairs ( if you bring a friend).Tbe table next to the infusion chair has a button in case you have an emergency or you have bubbles in your tubing! The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. I have a PORT and she accessed it like a champ.I have a lengthy infusion ( 5 hrs 20 min) and they ordered lunch for me! I don’t mean a tired bologna sandwich - I got a Vegan Buddha Bowl from Modern Market ( a $15 meal!).They do require you send them specific bloodwork before you go- make sure you ask and arrange this in advance ( esp if you have a port and need it accessed for bloodwork ).Typically I infuse at my immunologists office in Denver but I hate driving up in the winter bc of the potential for weather by the time I hit Monument. I arranged to just infuse here for a few months. However after the amazing experience here I have a feeling I’m going to stick around ( the 9 min commute was a breeze!).The only bumps were the fact that I get a drug they offer but the dosage my doctor prescribes was different. It took a few months to get things sorted out. I had an amazing woman who really fought for me - that is the norm at Pure Infusion. They are big into customer care. I felt like they really wanted my business! There are two lovely women that answer the phones and do vitals - tell them Dr Karen sent you! They went above and beyond!Great WiFi and private rooms w doors making it soundproof make it a dream if you need to zoom during your infusion! You will not be disappointed !
Because I had just had breast cancer surgery, my nurse took the time to call my PCP and my surgeon to make sure it was OK to give me the Prolia shot instead of turning me away. I was so grateful! She was everything a great nurse should be! Thank you so much!
After having infusions for several years, I thought there was one place to have infusions..hospitals. For my recent infusion, my doctor told me about Pure Infusion Suites. My experience at Pure Infusion Suites was exceptional. Upon arriving, I didn't have to drive around the parking lot several times to find a parking spot. The building is a super short walk, down four stairs and there was Pure Infusion. I was greeted by Taylor. Taylor checked me in, asked if I would like a drink and snack, then took me to my private room. Taylor was very friendly, explained what the process was and answered my questions. Veronica, my nurse welcomed me and thoroughly explained what she would do. During the infusion, Veronica checked on me every 15 minutes. Upon leaving, Veronica went over my Medication Guide. From their first call to me until I left, my experience with Pure Infusion was professional, smooth & friendly.
If you require a five-hour IV treatment, this facility is undoubtedly the ideal choice. The staff here is exceptional. This establishment is akin to the Ritz Carlton of infusion clinics.
Pure Infusion Suites is by far the best infusion lab I’ve ever experienced. Their facility is very clean and comfortable with all amenities you can imagine to help make the experience a calm and welcoming one. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable from the medication to billing and scheduling. It was stress free and a very positive experience.
I recently had my first infusion with Pure Infusion Suites and it was wonderful. All of the staff were very nice, and took great care of me. The facility itself is amazing! You get a private room with a TV, a very comfortable chair, snacks, and another chair in case you bring a friend/family. The whole process was easy and made my infusion much more comfortable.
My first time getting an IV ever and there is no one I would’ve rather gone to. Josh was so understanding of any hesitations I had and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also made sure to stay with me to make sure I was ok for the first few minutes. He has a TV w Netflix in the room with blankets and recliners. I was watching my reality romance and totally forgot I was even getting an IV for a second haha. Highly recommend! ps you should try the B stuff because it really did taste like fruity pebbles lol
