I am VERY FRUSTRATED & ANGRY about the lack of service from this facility! I am in desperate need of Iron infusion therapy. I reached out to Pure Infusion Suites, the Front desk person, I believe her name was Neesha was very kind & helpful, she took all of my info, she checked to insure that they did in fact accept my insurance & they did the type of therapy I needed (Venofer &/or Injectofer), she told me it could take approx. 15-30 days to hear back as to how much my out-of-pocket expense would be since it would be partially covered by my insurance. Well 2 (two) days later I get a call from Neesha that the team that is responsible for obtaining my insurance coverage decided that I would just have to pay out of pocket, because they decided that they weren't going to pursue checking with insurance to obtain coverage! Even though I know for a fact my insurance was/is willing to pay ½ because they already approved it for infusion at the GA Cancer Center, but the facility charges (which isn't covered under insurance) were so high that I couldn't proceed. Thus the reason that I reached out to the infusion center because I was told it could possibly be less expensive. But because Pure Infusion Suites Accessment Team decided it wasn't worth their time or energy to check with my insurance company, they made the executive decision that I just needed to pay completely out of pocket!! Unbelievable!!! I will discourage anyone to avoid this facility, so unethical!!!
Went in to the facility and inquire about infusions. Ms. Lewis was absolutely wonderful and answered any questions I had. The facility is top notch.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Yes, this place looks and feels like a spa, with amenities like private rooms, a tv for streaming, drinks and snacks, and very comfortable chairs. But it's the staff that really makes a difference. They will make you feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive. Five stars isn't enough!
Wow, this place is awesome, awesome, awesome. A nice change from getting infusions in a hospital setting where you could be 6ft from another person getting an infusion. This place has private rooms with nice cozy decor. Mounted tv and reclining leather seat fit for comfort and another seat for significant other support. This place almost makes you forget you are getting infusion.
Unlike many infusions facilities, this one he is modern, with nicely appointed and private rooms. The whole team is great and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. I'd definitely recommend it!
Neesha Lewis is awesome. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had whatever I needed. She explained everything about my infusion and what to expect. Her smile and manerism are so warm. I wish there were more people like her. The facility is amazing! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this place for everyone who gets an infusion.
I had my infusion done here and it was wonderful, everyone is so very pleasant I’m so glad that I chose Pure infusion for my treatments, I highly recommend this place.
I have not yet scheduled to have an infusion with Pure Infusion Suite but I did call to inquire about the process. The representative I spoke with, I believe her name is Dee was very pleasant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the medication I was being prescribed and the cost once submitted to the insurance. She gave me the icd-10 codes and j codes that may be billed and I feel very relieved and confident in the services that I will receive once scheduled. I look forward to having my infusions with Pure Infusion Suite!
