At our infusion center in Spring Valley our motto is patient-obsessed care, which starts with our team relieving you of the stresses of calling your insurance company through our pre-authorization process, and alleviating your financial burden with co-pay assistance and other financial aid programs.
When you arrive at your appointment, you will not have to endure long lines or hospital waiting rooms. You will be welcomed to a private suite where you will check in and receive your care.
Each private suite is designed with enough room for you and your loved one or caregiver, where you will enjoy a 55-inch flatscreen TV, free Wifi, comfortable recliners, and a wide variety of food and beverage options.

I have been receiving protected health information at my home from this clinic for months now. I have reached out multiple times and asked them to quit faxing me at my residence but to no avail. Received two more faxes of someone's health information today. If they can't even get a fax number right I wouldn't trust them with my healthcare!
I was apprehensive about my first visit to Pure Infusion because I have always had my treatments in the doctor's office. The entire staff and medical team is committed to giving the best experience available, and I have to say I am delighted with the entire experience. They are professional and caring, and I recommend them to anyone needing infusion treatments.

Everything about Pure was great! The facility is clean, modern and very relaxing. The staff were amazing. I highly recommend Pure and am so excited a found them to make my two infusions per year more enjoyable. The non-clinical environment is SO appreciated.
Completely unprofessional. I called daily for a month to schedule an appt. It's bad enough that I have to call them 4-5 times before I can get someone to answer the phone. But I kept getting told they were waiting for someone at headquarters in Utah to create a profile for me. Turns out they hadn't bothered to get the necessary information from my doctor the whole time. I feel like I'll never get the necessary infusions that I need. I'll be going somewhere else that can actually talk to clients and give them the correct information.
Pure Infusion is what a medical experience should be: a friendly, welcoming environment and professional, compassionate, gentle nurses. Everyone is upbeat and comfortable with their patients, without being in that rush to leave for the next appointment. I'm only there twice a year, but I actually look forward to seeing these wonderful people each time.

Went very recently for my 1st infusion. Although I'd obviously prefer to not need any, the experience there was very nice. It's far from a cold office setting. Very inviting with a wonderful staff, and private rooms. Comfortable seating during your infusion complete with food, drink, and tv if needed. The staff was extremely friendy, and answered any questions I had. Certainly not the worst place to spend a half hour. Thank you, and see you again.

Every Staff Member is kind, professional and makes my infusion visit easy. !!! From entering the door Chandra welcomes you with a big smile and assists in checking you in. My treatment nurses always have a smile and will answer any infusion questions I have. The new renovation and expansion is absolutely beautiful! I have been to other infusion centers in town and will absolutely only go to Pure now and recommend it to everyone!

From the moment I walked thru the door I was treated with respect. Everything about the infusion was explained in a way I understood. They carefully monitored me thru the whole infusion. I highly recommend Pure Infusion Suites. I feel very comfortable and confident in their caring hands.
Everyone at Pure are wonderful and treat you so good. It is a wonderful time there. They take care of you so quickly and are the nicest people. I really enjoy my time there.
LOVE coming to this place for my 6 mo. infusions. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, such a comforting, warm place. Hardly knew I was even getting the infusion. I HIGHLY recommend them and actually look forward to seeing the staff!
Really great people! Private rooms, with TV, Netflix. For Infusions longer than 3 hours they will order you food from Uber eats, on them! Way better than giant open room centers. They tool care of all my insurance bill and all of the paperwork for my copay assistance program! So much less stress for me. If you can do this option rather than hospital out patient infusion centers do it! You will truly impressed!
