If you need infusions and have a choice, I highly recommend Pure Infusion.

My positive experiences started even before my first appointment. My medication required prior authorization from my insurance company, so after my doctor sent the orders, Pure Infusion called me to explain how long that typically takes in their experience and what to expect for scheduling my first appointment. I appreciate the time taken to do that. It took the mental load off me to check up on the process because I knew they would keep me informed if there was any issue.

I’ve now had two infusions. Staff is friendly and helpful. They want you to be as comfortable as possible. There is a recliner and TV in the room, as well as another comfy chair which is great if you have someone with you. My husband stayed with me for my first infusion and we were both offered snacks and something to drink.

I am terrible with names and can’t remember the name of the nurse who administered my IV. She asked me how everything went since the last infusion and was genuinely happy and hopeful for me when I said how much it helped. She took care before inserting the IV, asking if I wanted her to count down or just poke it in. Very considerate for anyone who might have a fear of needles.

Words fail to express how wonderful this facility is. Every aspect, from my interactions with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the warm and comforting suites, is top notch. I feel so fortunate to receive my care here.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They explained the process and procedure and if there should be any side effects. And if I wanted to go forward. I did. Everything went well. I recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Pure Infusion Suites in Omaha! They really do make it feel like you are at a spa. I highly recommend getting infusions &/or injections here. The environment is relaxing, professional & clean. The added benefits include snacks, Netflix & comfy chairs! Thanks guys!

I love that the staff knows my name and makes me feel comfortable every time. When I walk in the door, I am offered drinks & snacks and taken right back to my private room. There is no waiting. The nurses are friendly and competent all while keeping safety a priority. I highly recommend Pure Infusion Suites!

I had 2 infusions while on vacation at Omaha Nebraska. I've been getting infusions for 6 years in WA State. The staff in Omaha was excellent. The nurse was very attentive to me. I couldn't have had better care. Excellent coffee by the way. Thank you for every thing. 👏👏❤️🙏🙏

Efficient, Friendly, Kind! I was impressed with the pre- appointment phone calls , assuring me the doctor’s order arrived, letting me know what insurance would cover. I was greeted warmly, within minutes I received my Prolia injection, questions answered, scheduled the next appointment and was out the door! The space is calm, and clean. I highly recommend Pure Infusion Suite!

The facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Peyton was my infusion nurse. She was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I would rate the staff and facility at a 10 if I could.
