It was my first infusion and I went by myself. So I was a little anxious and nervous of what was going to happen. But those two ladies are the most amazing caring a loving outgoing women I've ever met. Made me feel so comfortable so relaxed answered all my questions. They're always there if I need any questions answered. It feels like a little pampered day when I go there I'm very lucky to get this location just had my second infusion and all went well. Definitely recommend to everybody.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PEORIA PURE SUITES! The amount of COMPASSION I have received from pure is beyond astounding. They treat you like family and only want to make you feel comforted and safe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my husband and I feel welcome. You get a treat upon arrival and a huge lazy boy in a private cozy suit with a big screen and more. I just can’t think of anything they don’t accommodate. Hospitality and authentic kindness sums it up. Don’t fret they got you! My Crohn’s disease diagnosis was almost soul crushing, but it’s people and places like this that give hope. I must also say I am feeling so much better on week 3 of my infusions. Big shout-out to the staff of Pure Infusion suites in Peoria, Arizona! I visited here for the first time today. The facility is spacious and bright. The patient experience coordinator – Elayna -- had all my approvals done in advance – two different sets of doctor's orders, insurance approvals, and whatever other administrative tasks that would cause most of us to lose our minds. And beyond that, she had also made sure that there was a variety of gluten-free snacks for me which is definitely concierge service. My nurse today was Karen – another high-level professional, who was scrupulous about her sterile protocols. Karen accessed my port painlessly, double-checked the medications and doses she was giving me, and answered every kind of medical question that popped into my head – well done, Karen! It was a pleasure to meet you today.I recommend the team at Pure Infusion suites in Peoria highly!

So, I personally do not get treated here, but my significant other does. My first impression was beyond pleasant. Karen and Elayna are the absolute kindest people I have ever met!
