I've been getting infusions now for a lot of years. I started at Kaiser in Olympia and in Fontana, CA, then shifted to Virginia Mason in Federal Way, then St Clare in Lakewood, and now I'm at Pure in Olympia. The nurses I've been treated by have always been kind and decent with me, but the staff at Pure in Olympia have been exceptionally nice. I appreciate them so much! The facility is also unlike the other facilities I've visited. You have a private room with a large TV, a large recliner and a nice padded high back chair, a window, other furnishings... It's like being at home as opposed to being in an institutional setting. It's nice. And the staff are super accommodating with beverages, snacks, they even have snacks for diabetics, which is absolutely awesome. You get to have a guest with you and I even get to bring my 1 year old son. The rooms are large enough that I could even bring a pack and play and let my boy nap the treatment time away.If you receive infusions and you want some place that's a bit more comfortable, private and laid back, consider Pure. They accept Medicaid and Medicare as well as almost all private insurance. And the atmosphere alone is worth trying.5 stars for Pure Infusion Centers.
