Patient Stories

I've been getting infusions now for a lot of years. I started at Kaiser in Olympia and in Fontana, CA, then shifted to Virginia Mason in Federal Way, then St Clare in Lakewood, and now I'm at Pure in Olympia. The nurses I've been treated by have always been kind and decent with me, but the staff at Pure in Olympia have been exceptionally nice. I appreciate them so much! The facility is also unlike the other facilities I've visited. You have a private room with a large TV, a large recliner and a nice padded high back chair, a window, other furnishings... It's like being at home as opposed to being in an institutional setting. It's nice. And the staff are super accommodating with beverages, snacks, they even have snacks for diabetics, which is absolutely awesome. You get to have a guest with you and I even get to bring my 1 year old son. The rooms are large enough that I could even bring a pack and play and let my boy nap the treatment time away.If you receive infusions and you want some place that's a bit more comfortable, private and laid back, consider Pure. They accept Medicaid and Medicare as well as almost all private insurance. And the atmosphere alone is worth trying.5 stars for Pure Infusion Centers.
The most nicest place to go and have your infusion done. The nurses 😍 are the sweetest. I really appreciate pure infusion.
Very nice. Clean and comfortable
I was welcomed, fed and thoroughly taken care of. Pure Infusions are wonderful. I am using them as I travel for the summer and actually look forward to my visits.
I love pure infusion they are friendly and helpful
I’ve used Pure Infusion Suites in two different states now, and the experience was consistently great! Overall, the staff are very kind and knowledgeable! I trust their competency and efficiency in handling authorization, communications, and patient care. I was glad to have my new medication infused at Pure in Olympia. I am terrible at remembering names unfortunately, but absolutely loved my infusion nurse and both receptionists I interacted with! Complimentary drinks and snacks. Private rooms with comfortable accommodation. The experience is always as enjoyable as an infusion can be! I would definitely recommend Pure to anyone needing an infusion 🙂
Couldn't be happier finding Pure Infusion. The staff is unbelievable. Kind, very knowledgeable. The whole experience is the best. My infusion takes about 4 hours and they keep me very comfortable during the whole time.
This is a great place. Convenient, very personable. The staff there is very nice, private room, with TV, snacks and drinks. I plan on going back every y months. Thank you.
Fabulous. Personalized care in an extremely clean, beautiful personal suite. Fully stocked and prepared w meds for immediate care in case of an allergic reaction. RN Alissa was wonderful. 5 star.
When I walked through the door of Pure Infusions Suites of Olympia, I was immediately greeted by their very warm, kind, and competent team. Paperwork was minimal and was mostly completed on a tablet by the receptionist. This was a wonderful gesture since I have severe disabilities in my hands. I was then seated in a super comfortable recliner in a private room (with television, Netflix, snacks and beverages offered), wow! IV infusion was then started by a very empathetic and experienced nurse. My partner and I watched a fun show while the IV was running and it was over in a flash. I'm weirdly looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend!
