I had an infusion this morning at pure infusion suites. The facility was beautiful, clean, organized, and had a large room for each client. The room had a large window to the outside , a reclining comfortable chair and another for a companion if you bring one.But the facility would be nothing without the receptionist, Mara. I was in contact with her by phone the previous five or six days. She walked me through the bureaucracy of getting my referral from a large medical Corporation to her facility. She told me that she would find a way to fit me into the schedule and advised me how to get my referral expedited.Mara went above and beyond her role as Receptionist. When no movement happened on getting my referral approved by my insurance company, she personally called and made it happen.Her welcoming demeanor matched her professionalism.The actual infusion happened without a hitch. Frida was a qualified nurse and did her job well.I recommend Pure Infusion Suites highly for this service.

Absolutely amazing care and hospitality. Stacy was incredible and very helpful through this whole process! Mara was also fantastic at getting me all set up and scheduled in the clinic. I can't say enough about this place, I highly recommend Pure Infusions to all!!

I’m pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from Mara and Stacey. Stacey made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was a fast and pleasant experience. The extensive snack bars are epic. They raised the bar at Pure.

This is my first visit to an infusion center that was technically outside of the hospital setting and I was very impressed nice clean, comfortable rooms very home like fuel to the whole setting and responsive and carrying staff. I would highly recommend them.

This was by far the BEST infusion center I have ever been to!! The facility was very clean, the fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, AND you get your own private room with a large tv (and Netflix!). They even provide lunch from anywhere you’d like!! I felt so spoiled and well taken care of here- I will definitely be back for all future infusions!!
