A very comfortable place. Treated me with a huge amount of respect, they had everything you'd need to be comfortable, with enough room for a loved one to be with you. Nice and clean rooms with a staff that knows their stuff. Highly recommended.

The best infusion I've been through. They made me feel comfortable and took care of my needs. They had snacks and drinks to help get through it. Very clean and comfortable rooms with seating for a guest to be with you (some places don't let you have guests)

This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly, kind and caring. They take the best care of their patients. They make you feel so welcomed and they are so helpful. You can tell that they really care about the people they are taking care of. I would recommend Pure Infusion Suites to anyone in need of an infusion!

Erin at the front desk was awesome! She helped me get my infusion while I was unexpectedly visiting in Spokane. And my nurse who administered my infusion was top notch!

When my original infusion place closed I was nervous to go to a new place because I had a trusting relationship with the previous staff. However due to their closing I had to go to a new place to receive my infusions.My experience began with a call from them to set up my infusion appointment. The person was kind, helpful, and even helped me get set up with a discount on my medications through the manufacturer! I didn’t even asked her to but she offered… and I am sure it took time and effort on her part, it would have been easier for her to skip that part. It was at that moment I knew they cared about their patients!From the moment I walked into the office of Pure Infusion Suites I was immediately impressed! Erin was kind and welcoming and offered me a snack and drink as she led me to my room. I was welcomed into an individual large room which was bright, serene, clean, and smelled great. The chair was a plush leather recliner that was very comfy! There was a huge smart tv that I could watch during my infusion and the special touch was a little letter board welcoming me, with my name on it! I know these aren’t necessary things but honestly I felt like I was walking into a bougie spa treatment!The nurse was great she got my IV on the first try, which is not always an easy task on me. She did her due diligence to make sure she explained what she was doing and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She checked on me often and was able to answer my questions. She was thorough and quick, but I didn’t feel like I was just another number to her.I can’t say enough great things about this place! I definitely chose the right place for my infusions.
