My nurse was awesome. Comfortable chairs.

If asked, I'd recommend Pure Infusion to anyone. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The front desk is welcoming. I walked in and they knew who I was (I'd never been there before). Immediately, they took me to my room. Yes, my room. Everyone has their own room, which is spacious and comfortable. You can have someone with you, with space for them as well. I forgot my charger for my phone, and the front desk brought me one. Once I was in my room, they showed me everything that they have offered, including all the subscriptions on the roku tv.My nurse, Brandy, came in and did the intake. She explained EVERYTHING before and during getting everything started/ done. We were talking and she told me that she worked until 9:30pm the night before. I was shocked because she was happy and bouncing around. She made me smile and laugh, every time I saw her.While I was in there, they brought me a tablet and had me order lunch with door dash. They told me to order anything that I wanted. I joked about getting steak and lobster, and they told me that if that's what I want, I could order that. But the way, your order, is on them.When everything was done, they all treated me like I was one of their best friends and made me feel like they couldn't wait to see me again.1,000% would recommend to anyone.

AMAZING. I have experienced many infusion suites over the years and I have never been so impressed. The staff, the chairs, the ambience - 10/10. It felt like a spa day!!

So incredibly impressed with Pure Infusion Suites. Every staff member was friendly, and so caring. My nurse (Ann? I’m horrible with names😕) was so warm towards me. I honestly did not expect to be as happy as I was, considering I was having an infusion. Nice, comfortable room, and-holy snacks!! What a welcome surprise. Cold drinks? Healthy snacks? Help myself to whatever I’d like?😱My husband was welcome to stay there with me, as well. He chilled in the La-Z-boy while I slept on the comfy loveseat. Thanks so much to the entire staff for treating me (and my husband) so kindly. See you in 6 months☺️

All of the staff was very professional knowledgeable and caring. The facility space was very relaxing. You couldn't ask for a better place or staff to get this service.

I had an infusion yesterday at Pure on Indiana…The staff was extremely friendlyKnowledgeable and provided detailed information about product,possible after effects and shared every step along the way.

I’m new to Pure Infusion, and they have been wonderful! They got my records from a previous center and set up my care her. The transition was seamless!
