Such a great experience from the moment you walk in the door to the very end. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Unlike other places such as hospitals they serve you food and snacks drinks makes you feel like you are right at home. I have been getting infusions for ms since 2021 and today is the first one here at pure and I can not say enough nice things about this place and there staff. My nurse was Payton and she was amazing. Such great bedside manners and you get the since that they truly care and want to make the experience the best they can. I would give it 10 stars 🌟 if I could definitely a wow factor coming here compared to other facilities.

I was referred to Pure Infusion Suites by my very caring neurology team. I've had long COVID for six years with the worst symptom being a nonstop migraine. We've been going through all the steps and arrived at infusion a year ago. I have to confess that I was a little nervous about this one. I had my fourth one yesterday. I was actually looking forward to seeing everyone even though my headache was particularly awful. The people are so kind and gentle. They are all genuinely interested in your symptoms and what your progress is or is not. Is there anything more they could could be doing that would help? They have snacks, blankets, tvs, a comfy chair for your support person ( my husband). Lights on? Lights off? They explain everything very clearly along every step of the way. It's a beautiful, cozy, clean environment and apparently, everyone who works there is an angel in disguise, because they never seem to be in a bad mood. It's the perfect environment for someone who's had a headache for six years. I rate them 5+. Thanks to Payton S, Craig, Payton I, Cassie, and Ronnie. You're a great team!

They made me comfortable the minute I came in. And boy was i nervous, The nurse i had talked through everything and made sure I understood the treatment, and it went so smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better team. So ty everyone
