I was referred to Pure Infusion Suites by my very caring neurology team. I've had long COVID for six years with the worst symptom being a nonstop migraine. We've been going through all the steps and arrived at infusion a year ago. I have to confess that I was a little nervous about this one. I had my fourth one yesterday. I was actually looking forward to seeing everyone even though my headache was particularly awful. The people are so kind and gentle. They are all genuinely interested in your symptoms and what your progress is or is not. Is there anything more they could could be doing that would help? They have snacks, blankets, tvs, a comfy chair for your support person ( my husband). Lights on? Lights off? They explain everything very clearly along every step of the way. It's a beautiful, cozy, clean environment and apparently, everyone who works there is an angel in disguise, because they never seem to be in a bad mood. It's the perfect environment for someone who's had a headache for six years. I rate them 5+. Thanks to Payton S, Craig, Payton I, Cassie, and Ronnie. You're a great team!

They made me comfortable the minute I came in. And boy was i nervous, The nurse i had talked through everything and made sure I understood the treatment, and it went so smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better team. So ty everyone

I’ve been receiving treatments for the past two years, and when my insurance company advised me to find a new location, I wasn’t sure where to go. After speaking with my doctor’s office, they gave me several recommendations. I started researching and reading reviews, and Pure Infusion Suites consistently stood out — so I gave them a call and asked lots of questions.

I’m so glad I chose them. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. The private rooms truly felt like being at home. The recliner was incredibly comfortable, and they even offered a heated blanket to keep me cozy. Payton was so attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Even my husband noticed how much better the experience was compared to previous places.

I honestly wish I had known about Pure Infusion Suites sooner. Nothing against the hospital, but this experience felt personal, warm, and relaxing. I also loved having Netflix available to stream during my treatment — such a great touch.(I wanted the lights off so I can nap if I wanted to since I would be there for 6 hrs. which I did❤️)

My positive experiences started even before my first appointment. My medication required prior authorization from my insurance company, so after my doctor sent the orders, Pure Infusion called me to explain how long that typically takes in their experience and what to expect for scheduling my first appointment. I appreciate the time taken to do that. It took the mental load off me to check up on the process because I knew they would keep me informed if there was any issue.

I’ve now had two infusions. Staff is friendly and helpful. They want you to be as comfortable as possible. There is a recliner and TV in the room, as well as another comfy chair which is great if you have someone with you. My husband stayed with me for my first infusion and we were both offered snacks and something to drink.

I am terrible with names and can’t remember the name of the nurse who administered my IV. She asked me how everything went since the last infusion and was genuinely happy and hopeful for me when I said how much it helped. She took care before inserting the IV, asking if I wanted her to count down or just poke it in. Very considerate for anyone who might have a fear of needles.
