My experience at Pure Infusion in Co Springs was great! The individual rooms are spacious, have large TVs ( w Netflix and Amazon Prime) and two comfortable chairs ( if you bring a friend).Tbe table next to the infusion chair has a button in case you have an emergency or you have bubbles in your tubing!The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. I have a PORT and she accessed it like a champ.I have a lengthy infusion ( 5 hrs 20 min) and they ordered lunch for me! I don’t mean a tired bologna sandwich - I got a Vegan Buddha Bowl from Modern Market ( a $15 meal!).They do require you send them specific bloodwork before you go- make sure you ask and arrange this in advance ( esp if you have a port and need it accessed for bloodwork ).Typically I infuse at my immunologists office in Denver but I hate driving up in the winter bc of the potential for weather by the time I hit Monument. I arranged to just infuse here for a few months.However after the amazing experience here I have a feeling I’m going to stick around ( the 9 min commute was a breeze!).The only bumps were the fact that I get a drug they offer but the dosage my doctor prescribes was different. It took a few months to get things sorted out. I had an amazing woman who really fought for me - that is the norm at Pure Infusion. They are big into customer care. I felt like they really wanted my business! There are two lovely women that answer the phones and do vitals - tell them Dr Karen sent you! They went above and beyond!Great WiFi and private rooms w doors making it soundproof make it a dream if you need to zoom during your infusion!You will not be disappointed !

Because I had just had breast cancer surgery, my nurse took the time to call my PCP and my surgeon to make sure it was OK to give me the Prolia shot instead of turning me away. I was so grateful! She was everything a great nurse should be! Thank you so much!

After having infusions for several years, I thought there was one place to have infusions..hospitals. For my recent infusion, my doctor told me about Pure Infusion Suites. My experience at Pure Infusion Suites was exceptional. Upon arriving, I didn't have to drive around the parking lot several times to find a parking spot. The building is a super short walk, down four stairs and there was Pure Infusion. I was greeted by Taylor. Taylor checked me in, asked if I would like a drink and snack, then took me to my private room. Taylor was very friendly, explained what the process was and answered my questions. Veronica, my nurse welcomed me and thoroughly explained what she would do. During the infusion, Veronica checked on me every 15 minutes. Upon leaving, Veronica went over my Medication Guide. From their first call to me until I left, my experience with Pure Infusion was professional, smooth & friendly.

Going to PURE Infusions is the highlight of my month 4 managing treatment of Lupus SLE. Frequently, I receive my Benlysta infusions as well as iron infusions here. The well trained customer team is always accommodating as they strive successfully to be on the same page every time. The nurses are very gentle & thorough. Veronica usually takes care of me, but while she has been on leave, Elsa & the other nurse have been a great duo working together (I’ll have to come back here & give current names of the ladies at the front desk, 2)). The manager, Tyler is very astute & capable. From the first day I met him over 2 years ago, he has aimed for quality and clear communication & executing excellent service. As soon as I start to worry about anything, Tyler comes to the rescue.We need more Pure Infusion suites across the nation! I just like the way they think & execute!!!! I came here looking for (and expecting to find, after all the research I did b4 moving here) a medical team of doctors that specialize in Lupus SLE and other autoimmune diseases. I found that a lot of them had left post COVID-19 in 2020. Literally, PURE has been my saving grace since moving to Colorado . I didn’t have my medication for 7 months upon arrival— A LOT of red tape with my doctors (even just last year with my iron infusion). The PURE team has been a godsend for helping me navigate this mystery disease & a very complex healthcare system at the same time. The PURE team has made it so much easier for me to LIVE. & I can’t believe this is my first review—I must’ve did an earlier review in another account. In part, because there is so much more to say that I know I’ve said b4 🙂 but I know Google only allows for one review.Cheers to the greatest of better health & support teams that care about patients and the community at large to offer cost effective solutions for patients with insurance, and even patients without reliable insurance.THANK YOU FOREVER, Team Pure!! If you require a five-hour IV treatment, this facility is undoubtedly the ideal choice. The staff here is exceptional. This establishment is akin to the Ritz Carlton of infusion clinics. 

Pure Infusion Suites is by far the best infusion lab I’ve ever experienced. Their facility is very clean and comfortable with all amenities you can imagine to help make the experience a calm and welcoming one. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable from the medication to billing and scheduling. It was stress free and a very positive experience.

I recently had my first infusion with Pure Infusion Suites and it was wonderful. All of the staff were very nice, and took great care of me. The facility itself is amazing! You get a private room with a TV, a very comfortable chair, snacks, and another chair in case you bring a friend/family. The whole process was easy and made my infusion much more comfortable.

My first time getting an IV ever and there is no one I would’ve rather gone to. Josh was so understanding of any hesitations I had and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also made sure to stay with me to make sure I was ok for the first few minutes. He has a TV w Netflix in the room with blankets and recliners. I was watching my reality romance and totally forgot I was even getting an IV for a second haha. Highly recommend! ps you should try the B stuff because it really did taste like fruity pebbles lol

Best care ever. Personalized care. Excellent / modern facility.

I received my first injection at Pure Infusion yesterday. The experience could not have gone better. Prior to my getting an infusion Amber worked diligently with both my insurance company and the drug provider. She was instrumental and getting this procedure done and covered. Taylor and Sierra were extremely professional and yet very friendly and caring. Couldn’t say one negative thing about my experience yesterday.
