At our infusion center in Billings our motto is patient-obsessed care, which starts with our team relieving you of the stresses of calling your insurance company through our pre-authorization process, and alleviating your financial burden with co-pay assistance and other financial aid programs.

When you arrive at your appointment, you will not have to endure long lines or hospital waiting rooms. You will be welcomed to a private suite where you will check in and receive your care.

Each private suite is designed with enough room for you and your loved one or caregiver, where you will enjoy a 55-inch flatscreen TV, free Wifi, comfortable recliners, and a wide variety of food and beverage options.

This place is awesome! The staff was amazing. They did everything they could to let me sleep. I had just gotten off an 12 hr overnight shift, and they only woke me up 3 times during my 6 hours there! They just did little thoughtful nurse things like turning off lights in the hall, running my flush bag super slow so I could sleep longer and not just have to sit there during my observation hour. They were going to get me lunch because I was gonna be there so long. Pushed all my meds super slow. I could go on and on and on about how awesome they were. I’ll be doing all of my infusions here from now on.

I have been receiving infusions that take 5-6 hours for about 13 years. I started going to Pure Infusion Suites and have been a patient of Dr. Lai since shortly after services started in Billings. I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Lai is so thorough, takes his time and explains everything to to his patients. The nurses are all awesome. I feel right at home when ever I’m there. Having great rooms to rest, relax, watch tv, work on my own stuff and even have space for a family member or friend to visit during a long stay are so nice. I am one who has veins that are very difficult to start IVs in. There is always at least one nurse who knows just what to do. I’d recommend Dr. Lai and his staff for anyone with arthritic or auto-immune care.

I have been so pleased with my infusion care here at Pure. The facility is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and private, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I love the snack kitchen. While getting an IV started is not necessarily a fun experience, I otherwise look forward to my monthly “spa day” at Pure!
