Everyone was incredibly helpful. My insurance denied my infusion at the lady minute at the hospital. When I called to see how quickly they could get me in the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to get me scheduled in less than a week, it would have been quicker if not for my work schedule. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able snacks and drinks were very nice and because I had an all day infusion they even ordered in lunch for me. It’s the next day and there is no sign of there my iv was started.
