Switching from a hospital infusion center to this one was the best decision ever. They had personal suites that a parent could stay with you in, definitely something I would’ve like when I first started these treatments. The suites had a tv with Netflix, a call button, snacks, and a comfy recliner. The nurses checked up on us regularly and were very nice and even allowed us to order something for lunch through Uber eats on them. Overall an amazing experience and I’m actually kinda excited for my next treatment!

Great people working there very professional and nice infusion suite

The office is in a great location and amazingly outfitted. Each private suite has a comfortable recliner, large screen tv and a great assortment of drinks and snacks. Not to mention the staff is AMAZING…….professional and very friendly. One of the few medical appointments I look forward to😊

This was our first visit to Pure Infusion for a medical procedure. What an amazing & pleasant experience from beginning to end!The staff we interacted with (Amanda, Susanne, & Tiffany) made the visit as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Professional, pleasant, and personable. It was abundantly clear that they cared about the patient having the best experience possible under the circumstances.

Oh my goodness! Where to start. The staff are so wonderful! Kind, caring, knowledgeable, and engaging. We had a medication snafu due to no fault of their own and they did everything to make my experience great. Truly amazing!

This place is wonderful!!! Previously, I have gone for infusion at a local hospital, which was also great. I just didn’t have a frame of reference. I was in a large infusion center with very little privacy and a different nurse every time. At Pure Infusion Suites I am given a private room with the same nurse (Suzanne) and receptionist (Amanda) every time, which is super nice and helpful. They have a tv hooked up to a variety of streaming services in the room, WiFi, coffee/tea, snacks, luxury reclining chairs with thick and comfy blankets (if you get infusions you know how important this is) and different sizes suite rooms in case you are coming alone or with a guest.In my suite There’s even a comfortable loveseat for my senior father, who attends all my infusions with me. It’s such a nice touch for me to know he’s comfortable. The place is small with 5 suites, but the rooms are definitely a comfortable size. The staff are super sweet, attentive, and personable. My first infusion was about 6 weeks ago, on the day the hurricane supposed to hit. I was nervous about my infusion needing to be rescheduled. They were in touch the night before and morning of to let me know what to expect. They delayed their opening time for safety of their staff driving in until the sun came up and my appointment went as usual. I wanted to wait until my second experience to write a review, just to see if there were differences in the 2 visits. And there was not. I highly recommend this infusion center for you or your families medical needs. Especially since their cost is comparable to a large hospital’s infusion center.
