At our Infusion center in Albuquerque, our motto is patient-obsessed care, which starts with our team relieving you of the stresses of calling your insurance company through our pre-authorization process, and alleviating your financial burden with co-pay assistance and other financial aid programs.

When you arrive at your appointment, you will not have to endure long lines or hospital waiting rooms. You will be welcomed to a private suite where you will check in and receive your care.

Each private suite is designed with enough room for you and your loved one or caregiver, where you will enjoy a 55-inch flatscreen TV, free Wifi, comfortable recliners, and a wide variety of food and beverage options.

I just had my first infusion of a biologic there and had a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, calmed my nerves, and made it as comfortable as possible. There are drinks and snacks, comfortable recliners where you can snooze during the infusion, and a TV in the room to keep you distracted/entertained during the process. There’s a cozy chair for a guest if someone accompanies you to your appointment as well.I was reluctant to go there, because I wanted to get my infusion at my doctor’s on-site infusion suite, but the service at Pure Infusion was great and hard to top. They’re very kind and responsive. I’m glad I chose to schedule there!
