Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and explained everything .

Everyone was super friendly. And they had snacks that you could have while you did the IV infusion. It was also nice to have Netflix so I could watch something while I was having the IV meds. Appreciate them greatly.

My favorite place for longer infusions. Its quiet and comfy. They have private suites with a TV, warming blankets, snacks, drinks hot and cold. Eileen. (Hopefully i spelled that right) is a great addition to the staff. I always have a great experience

Very professional people, I have been getting infusions since 2006 and no place is like pure infusion this place is GREAT not only to me but to the person that brings me. I just love these people there so very nice, I'll never go any -other place, I'm so happy to get my infusion because of these people, thank you all!!!

Great, friendly staff that were concerned about your comfort and care. I had no idea to expect a private room with snacks, drinks, and freedom to move around. I was pleasantly surprised all the way around. Thought I was walking into a spa instead of treatment.

I wanted to leave a review for the fantastic and compassionate care I received at Pure Infusion in Tacoma. Undergoing an ERT infusion can often feel daunting, not just because of the treatment itself, but also due to the time and environment. However, Eileen and Amanda completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel not just comfortable, but genuinely welcome. Their professionalism and kind demeanor were truly exceptional. They were attentive, answered all my questions with patience, and consistently made sure I was at ease throughout the entire process. This level of personalized care makes a world of difference in a medical setting, turning what could be a stressful day into a manageable and positive experience. Pure Infusion Tacoma has honestly been the absolute best healthcare expiernce I have ever had. Being chronically ill is extremely hard. I wake up in pain, I live in pain, I go to sleep in pain.

Uncomfortable or worse has been the theme of practically every medical procedure or treatment ive had to do. These absolutely lovely ladies at the Tacoma location have kept me hopeful and positive, been there for me when I wasnt sure how much further I could go. They helped me with advice on my implanted port, even personally checked in on me after my port failed and I ended up in the ER in the middle of the night ❤️

They helped cheer me on at my lowest and never let me think I was anything less than strong and worthy. Through their compassionate care and support I have gone from being in a wheelchair to through my treatments being able to walk unassisted in my apartment slowly! When I WALKED into my last infusion appointment with my cane and not with my husband pushing me in my wheelchair they were so excited and proud. I can fight Anklyosing Spondylitis and my other autoimmune with Pure Infusion on my side 🙂

They also have an amazing facility, super comfortable recliners, big TVs and personal rooms. No to mention the snacks and other comfort items! Its like a mini vacation every infusion and definitely helps me relax and not have anxiety being their for multiple hours.I cannot reccomend this infusion center enough! They really do care about you and get to really know you. It feels almost like going to your best friends house every infusion ✨️

You ladies absolutely ROCK and you have changed my life more than you know ❤️❤️

I kid you not, this is the FUTURE of medical stuff! This is where we should be heading, where we should be going, and a boon, soulful benefit to the human condition when it comes to infusions. This kind of layout and staff service should be applied more in the industry than just infusions; this should be an industry STANDARD!
