Lovely facility and great people!

Outside it’s not impressive — a scruffy office park. But inside it’s very nice. Clean, modern, comfortable. Friendly, professional staff. I have no hesitation to go there again.Two suggestions:1) resolve the glitchy appointment system2) help me remember (via text) to take my pre-medsI already have my appointment to return in six months ==> satisfied customer

Wonderful staff, great amenities

I had my first treatment at Pure located in Boise Idaho yesterday. Grace, the receptionist & Amy, my nurse were wonderful. I felt so cared for & am so thankful to have had such a nice experience here. I look forward to being cared for by them again. Thank you Grace & Amy!

I had my first session at Pure Infusion Suites two days ago. I had been putting it off because the paperwork that I had been given by my doctor said that the medication that she was recommending came with the risk of stroke and heart attack. I almost died of strokes that I had in 2008 and am permanently damaged because of them so my PTSD immediately kicked in. But after talking to my neurologist and being assured that the risk to me was very small I made the appointment. In trying to get there GPS was a little off on the location and I had to call their office to help me find it. The receptionist was very helpful and then when I got there greeted me by name. I was still nervous not knowing what the procedure was going to entail. Even though I wasn’t going to be on an IV for hours, it was just 2 little shots under the skin and then staying there for 10 minutes to make sure there were no adverse reactions, they offered me food, drink, TV and their internet password. When the nurse came in she further impressed me because she had read my history and understood why my PTSD was flaring. The way she talked with me with so much compassion further convinced me that I would be well taken care of.

I highly recommend Pure Infusion for their warm and cozy environment and amazing staff. Sometimes getting an infusion can be a bit scary but not at Pure Infusion, it’s like being with friends and family.

Britani and Amy are kind and extremely competent. The comfy rooms and snacks are a bonus!
