Step 2: Talk to your referring specialist

All we need is a referral from your provider’s office! Our dedicated team works with your insurance and doctor to handle the approval process efficiently. You do not have to change doctors to be eligible for our service. Unsure of how to talk to your provider? Read our guide here.

Step 3: Your provider submits a referral

We have referral forms available for every treatment we offer. The process is easy and available in three different options depending on your doctor’s preference. Unsure if we offer your prescribed medication? Visit our treatments page for a full list of infusions we provide.

Step 4: Sit back and relax!

Once we receive the order, our team will handle the authorization process so that you, and your doctor, don’t have to! We may reach out to verify information. Once we are all set, your Patient Access Coordinator will reach out to schedule your appointment.

I have been getting my VYVGART infusions at the hospital, but switched to VYVGART Hydroflu injection and the hospital did not do the injection, so my Neurologist referred me to Pure Infusion Suites for my procedures. I am so glad she did. Marcella was so cordial and professional in getting my procedures scheduled (4 injections, once a week, then skip 6 weeks and start process again). Marcella greeted me and my wife warmly and then showed us around. Super updated and clean office. Very modern and warm environment with several suites. We were able to pick our suite. Each suite had comfy recliners with a large screen television to keep you entertained. Also have complimentary snacks and drinks for you. The nurse, Brittani came in and took my vitals and explained my procedure thoroughly. She was very friendly but experienced and professional. I am extremely glad that I was referred to this excellent infusion center. My procedures are not fun, but the excellent staff make it almost enjoyable. I give Pure Infusion my highest recommendation.
The nurses there and the person at the desk up front. Wow so helpful and issues I had weather there doing or my own they help me with it until it was resolved. They treat you with so much care. I am so comfortable there. Thank you.

Pure Infusion in Boise is by far one of the best experiences I've had having treatment done. Marcella always greets me by name when I come and checks in on me. The nurses I've had are always personable , and have nice coversation with you. They dont seem to rush or act like they dont want to be there. They always make sure you are comfortable providing blankets and snacks and even go the extra mile to ask if there is anything specific you would like them to order. Most amazing group of people who genuily care about your experience and well-being 💜
I was greeted with a big smile and a enthusiastic greeting from Marcella. She set the tone of the office. I was offered snacks and drinks and taken to a comfortable room. The nurse was kind and knowledgeable and was fun to talk to. Marcella also stopped by to check on me and her enthusiastic attitude made the experience enjoyable.
What can I say? From the minute I stepped in the door to the time that I left I felt so cared for. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The staff is stellar. There's no better word. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and that they care about you as a person. What a wonderful place to go to get a number of different infusions. Obviously I will be going back, probably soon to get a hydrating infusion. It was just so pleasant I didn't want to leave.
I have been a patient at Pure Infusion Suites for the past 2.5 years. The facility is convenient, clean and extremely comfortable - large leather recliners and large, flat-screen TVs in each suite. However, the staff is absolutely the best part - friendly, caring, knowledgeable and extremely professional! The hospitality is top shelf! I look forward to my visits to Pure Infusion Suites because it's almost a Spa-like experience. If your circumstances should ever require infusion services, know that Pure Infusion Suites has my absolute highest recommendation. Wish I could give 10 Stars!
Absolutely fantastic experience at Pure Infusion Suites. It was clean, bright, well staffed, with helpful, qualified personnel. Nurse Amy answered all my questions and did my procedure. It was in my own private room, with TV, an excellent reclining chair that had eight distinctive positions. Drinks and snacks were offered and delivered promptly. I have had at least 8 procedures such as this one, but longer. As I look back at those, this infusion was fabulous and I will certainly try extremely hard with any more of these types of infusions at Pure Infusions Suites.Even my check in was a breeze. The patient access coordinator had all my insurance up to date. She even came out so. Could find there hidden office. Not really. I was at the next building over and she rescued me.The whole experience is one I am honored to share.
