I went in all nervous and REALLY uninterested in having people stab me so they could leak medical juice into me for over an hour.
It was SUCH an incredibly simple, relaxing environment and procedure, and the staff just radiate positivity. I’m looking forward to my next stabby procedure!

Next time, I’ll take them up on the whole “feel free to help yourself to the snacks and drinks!” thing.

They are the sweetest people to be around and very attentive to your needs.

My visit with Pure infusion was very good. At first I was a nervous wreck, but the people there all talked kindly and secured me. They checked in on me and I felt much better better and was able to relax. I thank them very much.

Everyone here is so kind, and the facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are professional and friendly each time I visit. Candace, Brooke, Melissa—all of them wonderful people who always greet you with smiles on their faces. They make you feel relaxed and taken care of. I have been getting these infusions for years, and have been to several different clinics. This one is by far the cleanest and nicest. I switched to this Boise location after having some issues at another clinic with the nurse consistently being late, the final straw being when she didn’t show up at all. But here, I have never had an issue here with anyone being late; they are always here when I arrive for my infusions and get me started in a timely manner—which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

With the terrific service and beautiful facility I felt like I spent a day at the spa getting my first time infusion here. The staff very professional and my nurse went over and above to print informaion I requested. Highly recommended if you will be needing an infusion.
