Friendly, courteous, and professional. They were attentive and made sure I was comfortable.

Everyone working here is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Whether it’s medication administration, scheduling and communication, or just offering little things like beverages, snacks, or lunch delivery, they’ve always been ready to make my time there as pain-free as possible.

With the terrific service and beautiful facility I felt like I spent a day at the spa getting my first time infusion here. The staff very professional and my nurse went over and above to print informaion I requested. Highly recommended if you will be needing an infusion.

Melissa made me feel so welcome and helped get me scheduled right away. Candice was the nicest nurse and made me feel comfortable. I live in Nampa and I could go to one close but these ladies are so amazing I will make the commute to see them.

I had a great first visit at Pure Infusion! I was really nervous for my first infusion, but the team made me feel comfortable and confident. Nurse Kelly was so sweet and did a wonderful job talking me through everything. The whole staff from start to finish were wonderful. I loved their space- it’s so comfortable and doesn’t feel like a clinic. They have free snacks and Netflix to keep your company during your infusions. I’m excited for my next visit!
