Dr. Craig Carson

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Carson graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Zoology from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. He then completed an Internal Medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Carson has an Oklahoma and Utah medical licenses and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He is a member of many organizations including: the American Academy of Pain Management, the American College of Rheumatology, and the American Medical Association. He has published multiple journal articles, been involved in research, and received numerous awards of excellence throughout his career. As an integral member of their team Dr. Carson will provide medical oversight, facilitate policy formation, and expand industry knowledge to their growing team of medical specialists.

Susan M. Wenger

FNP-C

Susan M. Wenger Graduated with High honors from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). To date, Susan has continued to pursue growth in her field. Certified with The American Association of Nurse Practitioners, (AANP) and having received her Advanced Rheumatology Course Certificate, (ACR), Susan began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2008 with the Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center (AOC) where she assessed and treated new and established patients and helped educate patients on their disease state and appropriate treatment plans. In addition; Susan successfully managed and was responsible for the day to day operations of the AOC’s infusion center where she oversaw all nursing staff, daily infusion treatments and responded to emergencies. Susan Wenger has also been a sub-investigator on various studies involving the safety and efficacy of particular biologics.

Ramona Krebs

RN (BSN) Infusion Nurse

Upon graduating from Montana State University (MSU) with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) Ramona quickly moved into her nursing career at Rocky Mountain Hospice and later at John Knox Village Hospice as an RN Case Manager facilitating appropriate treatment for patients and coordinating medical services for the most appropriate care. After working with Rimrock Foundation for a number of years and helping treat patients suffering from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, Ramona began working at Arthritis and Osteoporosis center(AOC) and later in St Vincent’s Healthcare at the Frontier Cancer Center as an infusion nurse where she managed the individual infusion treatments of patients and responded to adverse reactions. Ramona is fond of her time with patients and enjoys getting to know those she treats.

Natalie Becker

CPC, CRHC Billing & Organizational Manager

Natalie has an extensive history in the healthcare space, more specifically relating to Infusion therapy. As a Certified Medical and Rheumatology Coder and a member of the National Organization of Rheumatology Managers, Natalie has spent the better part of 10 years managing Infusion services, including but not limited to benefits and authorizations, counseling patients on treatment plans and educating patients on copay assistance programs available to them. Natalie takes great care in ensuring patients have absolute clarity regarding their course of treatment, financial options and expectations around the entire infusion experience.

Mary Krieger

Patient Access Coordinator

A native to Billings, Mary has worked extensively in the medical field for the last 15 years, with the last 5 years in Rheumatology. As a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) Mary prides herself in providing excellent patient care, especially by helping schedule and coordinate care for PURE patients, while also administering PURE’s co-pay assistance program and attending to the needs of patients. When you call PURE you will likely be greeted by her warm, friendly voice, and when you visit PURE you’ll remember her amazing smile.

Daniel Smith

SVP of Operations

Daniel has 16-plus years in the healthcare field. He has a wealth of healthcare knowledge and has worked with physician leaders and has operated primary care and specialty health centers with University of Utah Health, a highly renowned academic medical center and Livingston HealthCare, a successful critical access hospital where he was part of the executive team. He has extensive leadership and management experience including time spent as the President of and a Board Member to the Medical Group Management Association of Utah (MGMA Utah) for 6 years. He received his undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science and Health and Masters in Business from the University of Utah. In his free time, Daniel loves to spend time with his wife and four kids exploring the mountain and rivers of Montana and skiing and snowboarding wherever there is snow.

Our normal hours of operation are from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, but because we know life happens, we will accommodate just about any request.  As a newly opened facility, our calendar is open to getting you the best long term schedule that works for you. Please contact Mary, and we will do our best to schedule a perfect time which works for your life.

At PURE, each patient chooses their own private suite to infuse or receive their injection therapy. Each suite is a beautifully designed 12×12 personal space allowing patients to work, make personal phone calls, bring in preferred foods, or receive treatments with children or family next to you.

PURE utilizes recent advancements in IV applications which allow us to offer a pain free experience for patients when receiving an IV. This puts our patients at ease, facilitates their treatment, and allows them to enjoy the experience we have uniquely designed for them.

To maintain that ability, we have incorporated the use of a Vein Viewer to give us perfect vision while accessing our patients veins for cannulation.
